Do individuals respond to incentive? What are your best incentive ideas?

We use higher commission % once target is achieved.  It works well for us in the U.S.A.  Employees tend to work harder when it comes to better pay.  

For Sure.

Such as Parking Area / Day off / employee of the month / training / money....

for the individuals we need to understand what is the motivation factor for them and you can give it to them as an incentive.
