i think dental implants are the most in-thing in dentistry at present making it possible to regain the self confidence in patients who are edentulous and desire to get their teeth back. Dental implants consists of 3 components namey, i. the fixture ii. the abutment and iii. prosthesis. Having said that, getting an implant done from a specialist is very important, owing to the number of failures recorded in the past decade. Hence it is not a hospital by the name but by the expertise that they offer that needs to be checked before going for a dental implant.
