1- Choose the better place for a better internet connection.

2- Try to give the candidate a relief environment.

3- Try to act as its a face-to-face interview.

I shall take the interview just similar to an ordinary face-to-face activity.  Shall observe whether the candidate is comfortably positioned and has no hesitant in responding.  This will indicate that the candidate is airing his/her views.

Virtual interaction needs some more "attention" in any interview.

1. As some previous mentioned, I agree with the properly dress; such as in a physical interview

2. Try to look direct to the camera and not to the PC screen

3. Prepare the ambience around you (no noise, no interruptions, good light, no background distractions)

4. Close all other programmes in your PC

5. Use post notes to make annotations

6. Have your own CV printed

7. Keep the professional look

8. Be careful with body language

9. Pay attention about the speed connection

. Make sure that the interviewer is involved and not distracted

. Practice first...practice with friends/family

. Close with "gold key" - send an email moments after the interview to thanks the time and the interview.

Accessing candidate start right from very first interaction... That is sharing Skype ID. Make sure candidate have professional skype ID. Not like (cuteboy, babydoll, loverguy, singisking, barbiedoll). It should be your name or shorter version of your name.

During interview candidates can be judged by different ways such as.

Body Language:

Pay attention to the unspoken dialog. Body language can help you determine the level of confidence a candidate has, and it can tell you whether they have come prepared with standard responses or if they’re thinking on their feet. Fidgeting, sitting up straight, leaning forward, touching their face or lips are all body language cues that need to be paid attention to when conducting an interview. It’s one of the best ways to assess a candidate during the interview.

Verbiage:

Listen to how they’re telling you a story or answering a question. Most interviewers don’t pay attention to past- or present-tense verbs, but it’s a really good social cue on how well the candidate is about to perform. For instance, strong performers often talk in past tense, describing the work they’ve already completed. Those who lack experience may talk only about their current or future accomplishments.

Simple things such as body cues or verbiage can tell a recruiter so much. Someone with good posture who talks easily about past accomplishments is bound to be a confident, high performer.
