What's the difference between the product scope and the project scope? and how the change of the product scope impact on the project scope?

For example:

You have a project to build a house. Thus the house is product of the project.

The product scope: double-floor house, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dance-hall. Probably also surrounding garden and fence. 

The project scope: site preparations, land planning, digging ditch, building of foundations, building of walls, erection of  ceiling, building of next floor walls, next ceiling, roof, fence, etc. 

In other words, the product scope means WHAT, while the project scope means HOW TO create that 'what'.

PRODUCT is a part of Project.

Change of PRODUCT Scope in a project could turn Project scope degree. specially will effect Project budget, Resource and could be everything.

1.       The project scope is the work that delivers the product, and the product is the end result of the project.

2.       The project scope refers to everything that needs to happen to get the product delivered, and the product scope includes features, functions and characteristics of the product.

• Project Assumptions

product scope is about the product itself, features,functions, specifications that characterize the product whither its a component or deliverable of a project. the project scope is the work and efforts performed to deliver a product.
