What are the most common reason that people could accept a job offer? (salary, environment, etc)

It is the Salary that attracts the most to accept a job offer. Simply because human being needs to fulfill needs in order to live and to be able to provide for others. If the salary will satisfy the need of an individual then there is a% probability that he/she will accept the offer. It is the needs in life that trigger us to work for survival.

In my opinion, First of all the job should suite your qualifications and skills, then the environment and the reputation of the company. After that you can ask about the appropriate salary and motivations related to the working hours.

Of course good salary, a clean environment in means of good team players and work assigned. Moreover, positive response from managers and good appreciation can boost up their career spark and energy. Finally, people love to work where they can enjoy it without feeling any burden. Strong Positive attitude is also required from both ends.
