Need your help what is the reason that recruiters are not considering me ever I have 11yrs experience in Draughtsman with multiple fields?

hi frend, 

           the reason is you dont want to sit idle, and u want to do experiments in auto cad, i think u not reach saturation level in auto cad. My advice is concentrate on one field and try until u get ur desired field.
