What do you think and how you interpret the advice on your work colleagues ?

Communication skills are very important, i believed that advice on my work colleagues are very important specially with a team, it will help me and would help them to enhance necessary knowledge to apply it on work. Teamwork is very important too, without teamwork you cannot work alone.
