Managers who work widely with external environment (Sales , Marketing , Public relation , Production , HR) stand on sources to collect the information that he\\she use it to make the decisions , so shall he\\she get this information from more than one source or this is will cause wasting time and confuse him\\her ,so he\\she depend on one source even this source is weak.?
I prefer to be searching on more than one source , it is a better to make decisions more accurate, because the people have a variety of ideas , cultures and needs
Searching different sources is very important to be used by managers and leaders and it requires some skills and experience to be done appropriately, because they should know what to choose and how. Also taking the right info should undergo a logic and scientific methodology to be used appropriately.
A professional manager should know what is going on around him/her to keep up with any development !
