Hyper-V or VMware?

Familiar with both Hyper-v and VMware ,both is familiar

While work with WIN server it can be used as an application(HYPER-V)

If needed to be used seperately,can be used as baremetal in ESXI.

VMware sit on bare metal, Hyper-V is a role inside windows OS that's why i go with VMware.

• Enable easier moves of Services to a Cloud.
• Move Virtual Machines across subnets and premises.
• Cross-Subnet Live Migration.
• Compatibility with existing Network Devices

Both hyper-v and Vmware are virtulization softwares i prefer Hyper-v is more easier than vmware because Vmware is more powerfull than Hyper-v .

Hyper-V is easier than VMWare but VMWare is very more customizable specially when using SAN

I Work with both.

VMWare:

1.Getting experience with different OS with VMWare Work Station.

Hyper-V

1.It reduces the performance of gaming so i used to turn it off while gaming.

2.Networking Process Hyper-V leads you a easy and faster way to work with server.

Hyper-V and VMware both are virtualzation solutions

VMware as per my past experience and knowledge

I work on Hyper-V with System Center

I worked with both, VMware is more stable specially with the power cut handling, and supportive for different operating systems (Microsoft, Linux and Unix). flexibility with user interfaces you can manage it with 2 ways of interfaces (app-client and web-client). but sometimes you controlled by budget cause Hyper-v is cheaper than VMware.
