Define the sexual harassment? and what can it affect on the work environment ?

Is harassment , harassment , or act of unwelcome sexual kind . It includes a set Of the acts of minor violations To serious harassment that could Uttering include sexual hints Or pornographic , right down to sexual activities , and is considered a shameful act of sexual harassment By all accounts . Sexual harassment is a form of racial discrimination illegal , is a form of physical abuse (sexual and psychological) and bullying others .And knows the Egyptian Center for Women's Rights and sexual harassment as "any inappropriate behavior of a sexual nature to him harasses women Or gives them a sense of insecurity . "Effects :Hatred and fear of going to work , loss of courage and a loss of confidence , anxiety and stress , shame , anger , fear , confusion, and less confident and more disillusioned , suffering from difficulty sleeping or concentrating , loss of appetite.

Sexual Harassment: Any action take against the opposite gender by word or by body or and action that take a way of sex seducing / sex black mailing / etc.

 

It's a very dangerous action that negatively affect in the entities and may lead to shut it down by the law.

2. Unwanted pressure for sexual favors.

3.  Unwanted deliberate touching, leaning over, cornering, or pinching.

4.Unwanted sexual looks or gestures.

5. Unwanted letters, telephone calls, or materials of a sexual nature.

5. Unwanted pressure for dates.

6. Unwanted sexual teasing, jokes, remarks, or questions. ·

7. Referring to an adult as a girl, hunk, doll, babe, or honey. ·

8.Whistling at someone.

9. Cat calls. ·

. Turning work discussions to sexual topics. · 

. Sexual innuendos or stories.

.  Asking about sexual fantasies, preferences, or history. ·

. Personal questions about social or sexual life. ·

Sexual Harassment, is the harassment or acts of sexual advances or comments which are unacceptable in the work environment by the other member/s in the work place. It creates a bad Image on the organization and its businesses. Thanks.

the sexual harassment is to break the right of any colleague you work with him / her by any way such as bad seeing by eyes , talking on him / her by impolite way , handle him / her by bad way , speak with him / her by high voice & not respects him / her in dealing .

Regarding to affect on work environment , it will affect deeply in negative side , just because it will create unstable and unsafe environment , and the person who did this should be punished and resigned immediately .
