1) Study the Job requirement perfectly
2) Study the resumes made available and sort based on qualification and skills.
3) Further sort as per the jobs requirement
4) Once you have selected the required resumes, arrange for appointment
5) Thoroughly examine by asking questions
6) Further when few are left, pass those resumes to department head for their interview.
7) Finally once they are convinced with the guy make arrangements for paper work.
