A person with administrative responsibilities must have honesty and integrity as he or she is the corner stone in this all important department dealing with people. Yes ofcourse it's always great to be honest in life because if we are honest we don't have to think twice before giving an answer but again problem is our honesty will benefit one and can harm another. It's an achievemnt to be honest provided how it's effecting a person. I just thought of this example being in training blessed to get instant examples.
A poor man whose children are sick needs money, stole Rs.500 from the locker one is complaining about him to the manager due to which he will have to loose his job, second is discussing with him why he did so and warning him not do it next ever.
Try to identify the reason behind the behavior or the act. and complaint rule says that before complaining about someone first intimate the person once second go is to face the punishment.
As punishment is hard to teach people in life but understanding and love are always great to grant always as Lord does to us most.

Yes, I totally believe and follow these qualities in my personal and professional life, since it helped me earn my respect and position.
These qualities may be hard to digest for people who don't think that good qualities should be followed in today's world and that we have to follow others footsteps in order to accommodate ourselves in their group, who seems to be stronger than the people with good qualities.
If we have leaders or managers who possess true qualities of leadership, it is only such people who will value, recognise and acknowledge people with these rare qualities to be assets for their organisation in today's world.
My personal opinion is that we should not stray away from our good character, even in difficult times, as we have to live with our conscience ultimately, which no one can control.

These qualities are hard to take away from a person who has these characteristics. Importantly, when everyone else is trying to cover their tracks because of their lies and deceit, people who remain loyal to their honesty and own integrity will rise to win the final war, their heads held high and respected by others.
