First of all, you gotta understand the break-even point, it's the point when business starts to generates revenue, as for my last business, it's government, so specifically I can't answer that, but in general.
you need to develop cost-effective system, you also require to keep searching for new resources better qualify and lower cost, as for generating more revenues, marketing to help in sales for product awareness
