I too agree with the above answer, in addition to4 p's, one also need additional3 p's, such as, people, process, physical environment.
Kotler was the founder of that amazing phenomena. now the answer of ur question is when we drive bi-cycle, motorbicke, car all those machines use for travelling like they all build on a single phenomena but with the passage of time we do innovations. if u will see all those product have different operating system but one thing is common in all of them which is wheel if u will change the shape of the wheel then it will approximately impossible to move that bi-cycle, motorbike or car. so4p's are exactly like this for market research its an essential part but if researcher will also consider5,6......12p's then its good for him he will be able to see more possibilities from different dimensions and he will able to get the more clear vision.

I respect your thoughts but3ps are not thats mush use able for a marketer because he deals with the product he ply have concern with his product. for a marketer it fonts mater what is happening with the sales guy with are the products side effect because for this kind of problems company have different teams they do not distract the marketer for that......

tthe4 Ps is famous elements in Marketing Mix but in this time Marketers consider additional Ps in MarketingPMarketing
