I am not too sure about this as I don't have any wedding planning experience here. But below are the few things that may help you (you may have to do a bit of research):
- All government permissions:Please make sure you are aware and up to date about all the permissions and licences required to operate as an event organizer in United Arab Emirates. Rules and regulations are pretty strict here so you cannot afford any shortcuts. But everything is very systematic here and hence processes become a lot easier.
- Flower VendorsMake sure you a good contact in terms of Flowers for Weddings. This is because I know that Weddings need a lot of floral arrangement and real flowers are very expensive. People who want budget weddings also go for a mix of artificial and real flowers if the arrangement looks decent. Thus, your Flower Vendor contact has to be trustworthy along with being reasonably priced.
- Venues
You should have your B.D. building up good relations with hotel event managers as the venues here are awesome for organizing a wedding but if you don't know the right person you could lose clients.
