I applied for many companies but no one called for interview, how can I get at least an interview?

I know that experience play a major role in selection process but most of the time I applied for graduates programs which does not required any experience and only require a degree. I am also available since I was graduated and change my CV from time to time but one year till now without any call for interview.

You need to go again through your CV and your cover letter, check their critera & see if your eligabl bfore applying . Also there is companies already have nominated people . They make the adv just as an HR procedure !
