First we check physical connectivity either there is a pressure point in the fiber media. Then we check our internal switching network either there is switching loop in our network or not due to some internal activity in office network.

1) It may be due to last mile issue with ISP , need to initiate trace and check where drops occuring

2) Ping your gateway and check its normal , if its normal then proceed with ISP

3) If your local gateway itself problem then check your LAN part like cable port of switch

4) Due to asymmetric route as well drops may occur

5) High bandwidth utilization will lead to packet loss

Step1: Need to Check local Bandwith utilization during that particular time period thru MAC address of endusers if its normal then goto step2

Step2: CPE Router Health check from our end if its normal then goto step3

Step3: Capture Tracert details from CPE to PE Router to analiyze the issue if its normal goto step4

Step4: Checking stability of lastmile conectivity from ISP side.

above said process may help to resolve this issue.
