What is a Project - systems and numbers, or humans? What is human failure? How it can affect our projects? Can we take humans out of the process!?

Project is an individual or collaborative enterprise of humans that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim.

Humans are the MASTERS  always. Humans manage to invent things and make complicated issues look easy with the systems Humans create.. Robots or IT technologies are results of genius Humans they  cant invent things. They are SLAVES. They can not comprehend Humans  unless being determinedly programmed how to operate.

SO WHO IS THE DOMINANT HERE??

In addition to the answers, I would say that a project is a set of steps and activities which are already planned based on some strategy, where employees are the main players and performers to achieve the goal or aim of the project.

Therefore human failure is considered critical to the project process !

Elimination could happen when an employee disobey law and intend a harmful action toward project goals !

In my opinion we can not omit the humans because they have intuition which the machine can not have it.

but again for many tasks specially for precise activity like CNCs machines can do it well. so resource management and deciding about an efficient way is very important .

nowadays specially in China we can see adopting  human instead of  machine in some industry was very cost efficient, it means in right condition right decision is required.

I agree with Mr Samir Mohammad Salim Salileh, Project systems is tailored one, there is no system will fit all projects, and you know why? just think about the value of creativity and strategic thinking which is the core value of any successful project or business.

Systems only helps in operations and it needs to be maintained and sustain by humans. Humans failure could be controlled, mitigated, and avoided.    

Any Project have Systems ,numbers & Human Resources with the Failure of any of them the project will Fail 

but Human Resources is the most important because good Humans make System design , Planning and  construction . mean than Humans Achieve  Systems & numbers

we can conclude from these 7 types of error that all of them affect the project by delaying or deviating from Project scope of work .

A lot of companies make Automation for most of manufacturing Stages for this purpose .that Automation Reduce the Human Error Space but don't eliminate it at all 

This Automation Reduce the man power but cannot implemented for All project because it depend on the  Budget of this Project because the Automation is cost is more than human resources in small projects 

  And Still we have Space also for human failure in this Automation Design & Operation  

In Fact we cannot Take the human out of process 100%
