How can you manage your production if your machine suddenly stop or become fault?

Immediately you have to concentrate on the production which is already done,while looking for solution of how machinery or equipment can be maintained or else notice if it's an over haul that requires replacement..otherwise they must be alternative emergency stand by ways to keep production moving on even though on low production, pending for a solution.
