Who is the inventor of Email, in which year, copyrighted in which year?

Shiva Ayyadurai an Indian born American scientist, invented in 1979, copy right in 1982.

Year 1971 saw the first email sent through Arpanet,later on copyrighted in 1979 by Shiva through an electronic version.

ARPANET Contractor Ray Tomlinson in 1971 invented email. Shiva Ayyadurai in 1979 in his high school time developed an inter office mail (electronic version) and  copyrighted in 1982. Reports says that he just write a computer program email and not invented it. So Ray tomlinson is the one who invented mail.
