you need to treat your customer like as your partner in life.you should let them feel that their important to you. show them that you are doing everything, every resources that you have to help her/him. you should understand their feelings towards the situation like your putting your self inside their shoe's.  lastly, let them give you their trust because person that is trusting on you will keep the person be loyal to you. :)
