Give me one negative characteristics of leader he or she should avoid?

Leader should always have a mentor from whom he/she can learn. A point may come when leader considers himself the best but this should not happen. Leadership is a quality which requires contioius learning as you get to know new ways of handling and motivating the team.

A leader who is not a team leader.

A leader must avoid distrusting his team, a leader is nothing if he/she does not command loyality of his/her team.

Not listening to others idea.

The below are characteristics of non leaders. Bad leaders surround themselves with people who don't challenge their decisions or opinions, but rather enable them to do whatever they want.

When it's time to have a difficult conversation, poor leaders often shirk their responsibility to address the issue. In these cases, they are ambiguous in their messaging, which leads to miscommunication, or they avoid conflict altogether, hoping the issue will resolve itself.

Since bad bosses think they're always right, they rarely consider your perspective or value your input.
