How to make sharp to a dull student of 14 years student?

ask him for meditation.. give him rich nutrional food to eat which helps in boosting brain cells like sprouts , egg , milk , fish . get a personal tutor , be their friend , don't be much strict . ask their problems . teach them lovingly and in a playful digital manner .
