For real estate you should do two things,
1- Rent: direct marketing to a certain level of clients with a profitable rent for their level with a renting contract no less than 1 year, renewable upon agreement.
2- Sell: instead of leaving an empty property to need more maintenance while losing value (mostly), try to match an offer or a request online.

Maybe in those time´s it´s a good chance to you make, or potentiate, more business with investors. usually are in those periods that these type of clients buy to invest.
Maybe it will be a good time to search more the type of clients that search for rent than to buy.
Maybe it will be a good time to give more strength to your communication with your database clients and have a more dynamic relation with them. For example you can do and promote some seminars for people who is searching houses, where you can talk about the the type and way to be an real estate investor, how to search the best bank loan...and so on,
Diversification of your offer can be also a good idea. Not have only family houses but also small apartments (studios for example).
Use of social media to promote your business would be a good idea too, considering the lower costs (lower, of course, will depend about the desired strategy). For example, you can make some good videos with houses " virtual tours" to add in your site.
Keep a close eye to your competition and see what and how they are doing their business.
Consider have a closer communication attitude to the place where the real estate is geographic implemented. Bet in some local events, sport teams/event, festivals and so on.
