TEAM LEADER SHOULD BE A ROLE MODEL TO TEAM MEMBERS AT ANY MANNER

The effective leader demonstrates values and ethics in personal behaviour.

To show them how to work as team, support them and encourage them to improve the confidant.

first and foremost you should love what you are doing then you can easily establish rapport to your colleague

secondly you should be a set of example to your colleague

they will immitate of what you are doing

and if you have at least this two criteria then you would gained commitment from your team

The most important values to demonstrate are the ones you want the team to have.  In other words, lead by example.

If you want your team to be committed to you, then be committed to them.
