secondly you should be a set of example to your colleague
they will immitate of what you are doing
and if you have at least this two criteria then you would gained commitment from your team
The most important values to demonstrate are the ones you want the team to have. In other words, lead by example.
If you want your team to be committed to you, then be committed to them.
