 In fact, the least demand for Russian speaking in UAE, most important languages are Arabic, English and Hindi.

I don't see any difference in demand for russian speaking crowd.

The demand for two language will be high in Dubai;

1) English

2) Arabic

Other language speaking people will have not much demand as they operate on international level where common language is used i.e. English and as they operate locally Arabic is the much required.

Businesses worldwide rely on English language since most of businesses deal in English.

In Dubai, and as the main language is Arabic, with a big community of Indians. therefore and as said the most required languages are: English - Arabic and Hindi.

Russian language could be used in some specific sectors of businesses !
