How do you think Plea bargaining will be helpful in Criminal Justice System especially defending the accused who is at wrong?

Thank you for inviting me to answerI think the appeal bargain useful in the criminal justice system, especially in the private negotiation to defend the accused, who is in the misWith honors

Plea Bargaining is a concessional agreement between the prosecution and the accused in which acused accepts his guilt in lieu of concessions without trial subject to the approval of Trial Court.In fact Plea  Bargain benefits  the prosecution and the accused too. In simple words Plea Bargaining is a short cut to Justice where both  the prosecution and the accused are satisfied and both are winners.
