This depends upon the structural member (Slabs, beams & vertical members like col's/walls). Vertical members require more reinf't than beams & slabs. Also this depends upon type of structure ( Special Moment resisting or an Ordinary Moment resisting structure) .
On an approx one can roughly use around 150kg steel per 1cum of conc for an ordinary moment resisting structure. Special moment resisting ( Ductile structures ) may even go beyond 200kg per cum of conc.
