How could a good teacher well organize the time in teaching oral with students of 17persons in one hour?

Since it is only a class of 17, thus the oral communication approaches can easily flow. A good teacher in such cases can transform the lecture into a two-way communication, by asking questions or giving a statement, and asking each of the students for their personal ideas, and accordingly writing the common ones down, and asking for the different ones to enlighten the rest more, and finally recording all the thoughts down, and coming up with a schedule/a curriculum to tackle and discuss each thought.

Respecting the time should allocate the time to individuals.

A good teacher can create curiosity among students by asking such questions and make them all answer to it one by one. Then teacher can give them proper answer.
