As a teacher, do you encourage or disencourage adopting technology in education? Why?

I encourage adopting technology in education at some extent. As a teacher, I would teach my students ways to connect and get the best results from the internet. However, I want to see my students use their analytical and critical thinking, I'd like to create in them the urge of reading and writing and expressing their own thoughts without relying on reviews on the web or on social media. After all, reading actual books enhance the person's memory and intelligence more than the online books or articles.

I encourage using technology in teaching, it shorten the way for the teacher and information sticks long. In fact, when we adapt the communication method in teaching, using tech is one part and more prefered specially when we try to make cultral exchange with other schools over the world. It shortens the distances also.

In addition with all the technology that we have in our live we have to be with , because teachers chould be the first to use in the class

I agree to adopt technology in education sector. Without technology no sector can grow and education sector is the backbone of every sector. But, also we should take care of that what type of technology we are using for education. Because are several disadvantages also which affects students mind. By using technology you are connecting with world, nothing can be hidden for you. Everything will be open for use, implement and enjoy the real world. Book syllabus are limited and restricted, but by connecting with internet there is no limitation.  

The use of technology should be supported. But as in every matter it should not be over used. Technology is a way to support the teaching, it can never replace the Teacher and the communication between students. It's still just a tool. There are new studies that handwriting and reading a real book improves the academic success. Additionally a lot of students are using a lot of technology in there free time. So it's also important to learn to life without theses additions.

I always encourage to adopt technological enhancements in educational processes. Wisely adopted technology and proper implementation could positively change the whole educational environment. I personally integrated many technological enhancements in different educational environments and observed miraculous improvements.  In today's world Online Learning Management Systems tightly integrate teachers, students and parents which build a very healthy environment and increase the satisfaction level on all three sides. 

If we look into technological educational aids there would be wonderful experiences we'll observe. I was directly involve into education for almost 13-14 years, I don't say I am a very good teacher or trainer, but I know one thing, adding technology in my environment changed everything amazingly. 

I encourage, because technology increases student motivation and engagement. Also allows me the use of personalized adaptive learning. And finally, technology provides me the immediate feedback through the use of live assessment tools.

Technology is indispensable in today's education as there is no question of encouraging or discouraging it. Internet revolution has made it part and parcel of today's education system. 

As a teacher, I would encourage adopting technology in education, because technology has a different way of learning that shows us how easier it can be and ways of interacting with teaching. It improves in different ways such as educating, teaching and learning. It is fun to learn using technology, you get creative, building an object or a prototype of some device using such devices in a real world scenario.

The use or adoption of educational technology is highly encouraged in today's classrooms. Based on my experience, the use of educational technology in classrooms has increased the rate of student engagement ten times more than the traditional approach. The use of educational technology provides an additional dimension to teaching and learning. 

As an English instructor, technology has always been a useful tool in my language classroom. However, technology should enhance teaching and not replace it. I suggest utilizing technology to support the pedagogical objectives of the class and the curriculum rather than presenting it as the focal point of instruction. In a classroom where technology is mainly a distraction rather than support, learning may not take place and what seems meaningful teaching experience is nothing but involvement activities that are obviously keeping the learners busy but leads to no learning outcome.

 

Since the first integration of technologies in Education, the main objective was to facilitate the pedagogical process. Personally, I do encourage for technological-based education not only for language teaching, but also for other fields of education.
