As a team leader, which would you like to work with... A person with good character or skilled person with bad character?

Very Good question but its really difficult to answer,i have been through leading different kind/nature of people , some time its really hard to handle them in complex situation, e.g. if your project is complex and you need to have good skilled person, you have bear his character, and give him space to work, but if project nature is not so complex you can choose a person with good character person
