On job training as in Powerpoint slides that shows different scenarios and solutions, Online training where an employee can access a questionnaire to answer questions and provide answers to which we apply proper training. 

After work training is also a proper solution.

it depends on what kind of mistakes for examples to avoid mistakes you should review you work before submit it to your supervisor or Manger. Also you focus on work only and avoid other idea that may confuse you. If the mistake happen you should admit it and try hardly to find the best way to make the damage as less as possible and consider that what is more important don't do the same mistake twice as that will be not good as a professional
