As a Teacher Its very important to connect with the students and to understand them, also the approach used. Every child is different. If a child gets less marks does not mean he or she is not bright. Every child is different. As a Teacher its our job to help and support the students and look at the overall development. I have been teaching for 17 years, have come across teachers highly qualified but when in class they are not able to connect with the students.
