I was signed in 2 years contract but my current company did'nt give any release.How can I transfer to another company without NOC from previous work?

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU THIS QUESTION. ARE YOU IN A FREEZONE AREA?? WELL IF YOU ARE IN A FREEZONE AREA EVEN IF YOUR COMPNAY WONT GIVE YOU A ERLEASE YOU CAN LEAVE THEM WITH PRIOR NOTICE AND YOU CAN TRANSFER TO OTHER COMPANY WIHTOUT A BAN. BUT IF YOURE NOT IN FREEZONE AREA AND YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR CONTRACT IS NOT YET FINISH THEN IT WILL BE A BIG PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A BAN! ITS AUTOMATIC! BUT ONCE YOURE DONE WITH YOUR CONTRACT YOU CAN LEAVE THEM BUT ATLEAST GIVE A NOTICE SO THEY CANT SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO YOU. 

Heyy!! Dont take so much stress on yourself.....just enjoy these two years and get some experience from this job and later on when you will leave this job you will be a experienced man ....dont run from the job....many are wishing to get the job like yours.....i hope you understood it.....
