Good question , well from point of view and experince , i would say is it depends upon situation & place of work , adds up to who we want exactly , for an permenat employee ,YES the major entry plus points are1st good knowledge and past experince of the same field. , Communications Skills (listening, verbal, written), AND SO ON , if it is for short term assisgment , a less experinced or or an new entry would be fine i belive , has long she or he has sound education background ,good communicater and quick at learing the ropes .
But some place do require a fresh entrees where they take you in train has per they procedures and ways of the company , a job on training basis and where the company can only afford a minimum wage . in this its win /win stituation , the new fresh employee learns and in turn so does the company get its work done with coperation of both parties.
AND NO IM STRONGLY AGAINST AND COMPANIES SHOULD NEVER JUDGE A NEW TO EMPLOYER UPON GENDER AND NATIONTIONALTY!
