If you are deploying ISA server or TMG to do proxy function then I consider you have successfully installed ISA or TMG then simply define local network setting and also web proxy parameter in properties. Go to firewall and then task and define allow access rules as required for internal network. That’s what is required to understand how proxy works otherwise for organizational use it requires much more tuning and configuration before putting into operation which is hard to write all here.
The best and Cheapest way to get it done. Install squid with iptables enable transparent proxy.
