of course in the workplace  will affect on my soft skills with the colleague and that will improve my strength points when i receive any communication / Tasks whatever from them and that will make me avoid / convert the weaknesses point to the strengths point 

According to the question I see that the more important thing when it comes to soft skills in the work place is to work within a team in oreder to achieve the organization goals, plus solving problems. These things need strong and comprehensive communication skills.

A bit of both, soft skills rather defines a person's way of interacting with every and anything. So to me, working on continues improvement and controlling weakness is constant job. Contentment in any one of them is demise!.

I will use my strenghts to overcome my weaknesses, and by this way I worked on both.

for a sales person to be effective and confident, he needs to work on all the soft skills cause he'll meet with different customers from different cultural back ground and soft skills is what to use when welcoming a customer and during the conversation 

I know that I will never get to the bottom of my weaknesses, no matter how hard I try. I also know that I will never get to the top of my strengths, no matter how hard I desire it. In any case, I would not sucrifise my values or personality to muscle strengths or diet weaknesses. In all other cases I would not work on any of my weaknesses if I would not totally accept them as such.
