In 2012 Forbes made a list of the 10 qualifications "that make a great leader"1. honesty... Your business and its employees are a reflection of yourself, and if you demonstrate honest and ethical behavior , your team will follow suit.So... emphasize these standards by clear communication, encourage your team, be friendly and create a helpful workspaceSoft skill course: communication (personal interaction; learn how to give feedback, insight in motivational drivers.

2. delegateCreating an efficient and well organized work environment is not easy but delegating tasks to the appropriate team members will help you further, the more you stretch yourself how less productive you become and tasks will begin to pile up.Soft skills: learn to delegate, communicate your vision/ideas, time management, how to identify the qualities and strength of the team and how to capitalize them
