What educational degree do you need to work in the administrative field?

diploma is the least degree to obtain the administrator position and bachelor would be the highest in your field.

Diploma would be the minimum, but we should not ignore that such department needs experience, relationship with others internally and externally, performance and decision making in some cases.
Because this field is depending on ADMIN means the person should be aware about Administration sciences and techniques to be able to do things smoothly, as usually the natur of this department is to have office and physical works.

What i had experienced for hiring Administrative candidates, i always found that Administration is an art, for educational requirement a simple graduate could do miracle. but for managing administrative affairs, one must be energetic, service centered and well spoken person.

MBA is ok but also the skills is very important
