What would you prefer if you have another chance to work, private sector or governmental sector? And why?

On personal level, Private sector is more preferable due to the sustainable chance of career progress and development as well as higher numeration despite of many disadvantages as instability and stress. However some other might prefer governmental sector due to job security, workforce stability  and low work pressure.

I would select which has the tough offer career wise and financial wise

or b owner my business

I will always go for private sector, The governmental sector is always bureaucratic  and not challenging with too much restriction on creativity.

I think the private sector is the best. learn more, connection with more people, absolute knowledge, Public relations

I prefer private sector rather than Govt sector due to career growth and other perks. At the same time, job security is very less in the private sector compare to Govt sector.

Most of the govt projects does not required business development employees due to the Govt  projects are awarding after several process and also it is nonprofit organisation. No possibility to work with International companies if you are working with Govt sector.
