In safety job, I always find " ARAMCO certified" with the required qualifications. the question that posses itself is, what is aramco certification?

Actually, most of the required now in the HSE employment opportunities in HSE and Radiation Protection is to be certified ARAMCO safety officer/radiation safety officer. the point is that ARAMCO has it's own and solid regulations and systems in all the work areas. to be a certified ARAMCO, you have to go for an examination organised by ARAMCO and requested by a contractor working with ARAMCO. Once passing that examination in HSE, Radiation Protection, or any other fields you'll become a certified Aramco Professional . 

If the Project is an Aramco project then the contractor will hire as much as possible worker holding Aramco certificate. If the worker hired is not certified which is possible then the worker will be subjected thru Aramco testing. Failure means removal from the project. So to avoid the problem contractor usually hire Aramco certified.

Firstly, it's my pleasure to thank you for your interesting and answering my question.. Indeed I have another one which is, I'm not employed in any company which has a contract with ARAMCO. So can I sit for those exams? Note that I'm a highly enthused to work and to be a part of this arena "HSE" Thank you in advance

          Aramco certification is a specialized testing and training certificate reqired in the ernergy sector ( Oil and Gas industry). Deemed necessary for Aramco's contracted companies.

          For example, NIT is a Saudi Aramco approved training and testing center, for the Saudi Aramco to examine the technical level for technicians who work for companies that have contracts to work in Aramco site.    

          NIT test then issue certificates to them and if needed, enroll them in technical training programs (including  Safety). You will have to succeed in the Pre -Test in order to take the Qualification Test.
