I think the best leaders understand this and have a generous attitude when it comes to others and their time. Coaching is the pathway to a more engaged and productive team. If you think about it, the more time you spend with people, the more familiarity, trust, and learning you can establish.
Familiarity allows for a more comfortable working relationship. You can ask and answer questions more confidently when you have a good rapport with your coworker. The more you get to know someone, the more “human” he becomes, and its harder to objectify him.
The more trust you have in a working relationship, the more openly and honestly you can have a productive dialogue that more quickly resolves questions, problems, and conflict. Trust increases the safety individuals feel in situations where transparency is important.
And your team members learn best when you are helping them learn in real time, just like a coach does. It may be more expensive in terms of time, but growth and development accelerates when you show and guide versus “telling” from afar.

A good leader is a good example, Look at his subordinates and team if they efficient and working in a good way and manners then he is a good leader.
Followers are willingly to accept their leader. This will indicate a Good Leader. The leader's consistent success will indicate his / her effective leadership. Because the more successful you are in your journey towards leadership, the more difficult it is to change to attain and maintain the leadership.
In addition to the answer given by Mr. Omar, I would say that one of the signs of a good leader is the loyalty of the followers.. To know about the greatness of a leader you should determine the reaction of inspired followers !
