I want know that why the process of visa in British countries is very difficult?

i didn't know the rules for visa but maybe that because the terrorist now and problem afterr 11 sep. till now

But terrorist is a major problem for whole nation so it is not a proper solution 

I think it very negative sign from British Government  

and I want British Government change his  policies on some special grounds

It have always been difficult for unknown reasons.
