Do you think qualified and skilled people always have chances of getting jobs even during economic downturn?

In addition to qualification and skill, you need to have good networking and communication skill to get a job in any time including during economic downturn

No I don't think so, in the hard economic times skilled people are not required because of their high demanding salaries.

From my perspective, during economic downturn to survive the business , HRM at  each employer should seek to find  and hire  the qualified and skilled people to replace employees with disabilities  and rescue the business from organizational ineffectiveness and disclosure  .

I believe in " There's always a chance for each to have."

Career opportunities needs to seek and follow-up as well as the success of the Lord of the worlds and experience a big role sought by employers
