Haven't recently been to gulf. Generally if the platform is linked to a well known company, it would have more chances of an early success. On the other hand a new set up shall be well researched and the items shall mostly include the established brands to attract the customers. The business shall find ways to reach out to the expected customers. Patience, hard work and perseverance will eventually lead to success.

I am not sure if I got the questions,

But the scope of B2B website could be all needed information/applications/forms,... for interaction with other enterprises in order to make interactions easier,

but retailing or E-retailing website has different concept, so the purpose and the scope would be different. This is not for interactions, instead, it focuses on easy access to goods (searches and categories) and some actions like easier paying and securities,....

usiness-to-business (B2B) refers to a situation where one business makes a commercial transaction with another. This typically occurs when:

  • A business is sourcing materials for their production process, e.g. a food manufacturer purchasing salt.
  • A business needs the services of another for operational reasons, e.g. a food manufacturer employing an accountancy firm to audit their finances.
  • A business re-sells goods and services produced by others, e.g. a retailer buying the end product from the food manufacturer

Contrasting terms are business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-government (B2G).
