You should know age and sex to give accurate D.D but in general

undecent tests  

lymphadenopathy

lipoma

abscess

and if it reducible or not  

Femoral hernia, encysted hydrocoele of cord, lipoma of cord, inguinal lymphadenopathy, varicocoele and hydrocoel.
