It's not my specialty but I have kids and I would like to share my experience.

- Each child is different and we as a parent should explore his/ her needs, likes and medically suitable diets. 

- Everything liked by a child is not necessarily good for him. We should provide him a balanced diet that is liked by him and is better for his nourishment. 

- Some kids love sweet meals but surely we are not supposed to put them on this habit. 

- Kids like variety of meals and this is good for their nourishment. Taking benefit of it we should try a large variety of meals that contain vegetable, chicken, fish, grains,etc.

- Sometime kids demand chicken at each meal which is not good. We should explain them that a variety in food is important for health.

- Kids are innocent and we have the responsibility to cater them in a balanced way to develop a healthy food habit in them.

It must be good lighting so that the child eats see, try to put the food in a beautiful and attractive and colorful bowls and the fees even attract the child.

 

Preferably diversification and change in the types of food to the child as much as possible. It must be the food tastes Average Any not be strong and sharp flavor because children at this stage did not like it.
