Iodized salt will be the main source for the iodine in the vegan diet. And seaweed also will be help you get some amount of it. Some foods contains naturally some amount of salt such as milk and beans.

Estimated daily need of man who is about 0.2 mg of iodine and by doubling for pregnant and in the period of breast-feeding

But more studies and statistics indicate that the daily consumption in over much less than this percentage countries

Because meat and freshwater fish and cereals do not contain iodine

And iodine salts available in non-iodine added to it is not enough

Kombu Combo 100-500 mg

Arame Aramaic 60-80 mg

Hijiki hijiki 30-50 mg

Wakame and Kami 25 mg

Sea salt 10-20 mg

Dulse Dlzh 8 mg

Nori Nuri 5-8 mg

 

Most Japanese consume Nouri and the proportion of iodine which is low compared to other herbal and have no shortage of iodine
