What part of your full time job do you most love and wish you could do more often?

Actually I try to think of creativity to be a clever marketers to come up with a compelling sales tasks, or grow my systems thinking  . I choose that Path to greater creativity, holistic not in linear order, as a process in which the steps to greater imagination and originality build my career passion through:

1. Being open and aware.

2. Trying to be an expert.

3. Playing and pretending to:

-Explore the future.

-Learn how to do something new.

4. Generating lots of ideas.

5. Inventing some of great ideas.

‘What do you like most about your job?’ sounds like a plain question. But can you answer it immediately? Although I love my job, I can’t. 

Let’s take a step back and first ask yourself: ‘What do I love doing as a person?’. Me, I like interacting with people. And according to Maslow, (an American psychologist who’s best known for his pyramid of needs, a theory of psychological health predicated on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, culminating in self-actualization), everybody has the need to do so. But next to my social life, I’m happy that my job allows me to put that into practice. As an HR Officer in recruitment and selection, I communicate with both people inside and outside the organization. And that’s one thing that I love about my job.

I also enjoy helping people. In my job that means i.e. helping candidates to find a job that really fits their personal interests and their job expectation

I am fond of going outside and interacting with different people from different institution. Aside from I get away from the hustle and bustle at work, I do enjoy new environment and new people I see and talk with. It allows me to grow my community and enhance my interpersonal skills at the same time. And also it's more of a liberty out of work. 

Actually, the most issue i like is traveling ,lucky i was when my job sometimes requires such type of  going abroad
