Are there any courses for import & export procedure, rules ,regulation of Kuwait or books which will give us all around knowledge of it? Please reply.

No need to take courses..

1. Try to get customs rules and regulation catalog from chamber of commerce (Kuwait ) @ free of cost 

2. Get commercial documents details for clearance through online 

3. Get specialist advice through social networking about the work procedure
